Two in person prenatal visits to best prepare you for birth and postpartum.
Unlimited text, emails, phone calls during reasonable hours that are answered in a timely manner.
On call services that begin at 37 weeks.
Attendance at your birth to provide physical and emotional support as well as access to relevant information.
One postpartum check in in at your home to unpack the birth experience, offer resources for help that may be needed, and make sure your postpartum period is starting on the right foot.

Prenatal meetings without my physical presence during your labor.
Three prenatal visits over Zoom to review the pregnancy, offer resources, go over birth preferences, discuss concerns, and so much more!
These meetings are a way to get prepared for the birth and postpartum period and make sure you have all the information you need to make the best decisions for YOU!
